Here is one example sketch of Way Too Cool Arts and Science Institute's grounds. It is designed to provide a place for education and recreation for the citizens of Belize and friends of the Institute. Shop Masters and Institute Founders will live on the property in custom-designed buildings surrounding the property and Guest Artists will be accomodated in Belizean-style cabanas. Each program will have its own workshop, and a storefront will be on the property for visitors to buy student's works.
