General Program Information
Way Too Cool Arts and Science Institute has created fast-track apprenticeship-type programs designed to help our students design and create products for the tourism industry in Belize, as well as the global market. Our heavy emphasis on design and green materials will help the successful Belizean student break into the world market faster than the average Belizean craftsperson. Design and sustainable craftsmanship are the foundations of all of our programs.
Most courses are structured to allow a person to have a working ability to be employed in an art-related field after a four month semester. However, many of our students will want to attend a second, third, and fourth semester to afford themselves exposure to advanced design techniques, guest artists, and business tips. These graduates will have the greatest chance of success in the global economy.
