The first ideal is the active goal of self-employment for each and every graduate from Way Too Cool. Although a graduate will be prepared to take a job working for someone else, the aim of our faculty is to find a product or service that the individual is not only talented at doing, but that he or she also enjoys, and to help them use this talent to become self-employed. This stance is a result of recognizing that although developing nations already have high un-employment rates, there are still opportunities in many places for small entrepreneurial businesses.
